1. The general conditions of the store's scope and object

The order form and other components referred to in these General Circumstances are designed to control the terms and conditions regulating the supply of the Huxia Sport Online Store Service.

We will do our best to ship all the products ordered, but it is possible that, in certain cases and due to causes difficult to control by Huxia Sport, such as human errors or incidents in computer systems, it is not possible to provide any of the products requested by the user. You will be contacted by email or phone if any product is not available after you place your purchase. If you have already made a payment, you will be given the option to cancel the transaction and get a refund at that time.

Huxia Sport has the right to make changes to price, goods, specifications, promotional actions, and services at any moment.

3. Duties and Responsibilities

• All of the items and services supplied on the Huxia Sport Online Store are legal in Portugal.

2. the difficulty of acquiring any replacement goods/services;

3. unauthorized access to or modification of personal databases.

4. Obligations of the Consumer

The user agrees to do the following:

If any of these data is inaccurate or inadequate, and as a result, there is a delay or inability in processing the transaction, or if the product is not delivered, the user is responsible, and Huxia Sport disclaims all liability. If the consumer breaches any of these obligations, Huxia Sport reserves the right to refuse future purchases, block access to the store, cancel the supply of any other Huxia Sport services made available to the same user at the same time, and refuse the user's future access to any Huxia Sport service.
